Door Structure The door curtain adopts a modular assembly structure, using aluminum alloy panels specifically designed for industrial doors with multi-layer sealing strips.

The aluminum alloy hollow panel has a standard width of 90 mm, thickness of 1.5 mm, and wall thickness of 1.0 mm. The surface is anodized with organic coloring, available in optional colors.

Panels are sealed with flexible connection strips, offering a folding life of over one million cycles. The panels do not contact each other, maintaining long-term flatness and durability.
Safety System Infrared Safety Sensors:
Photoelectric sensors are installed on both sides of the door frame. When an obstacle is detected beneath the door, it remains open. If an object passes through during closing, the door reopens to the preset open position and descends again after a delay once the area is clear. External infrared devices can be connected to control fast rebound. Rebound speed and infrared function logic (single activation or continuous hold-open) can be easily adjusted via parameters.

Bottom Safety Edge:
When an obstacle is located within the infrared blind zone during closing, the bottom safety edge triggers an immediate upward rebound upon contact, effectively protecting people and objects and preventing accidents.
