Motor System The motor drive system adopts a branded motor system, equipped with an encoder and an emergency manual opening mechanism.

Ensures optimal performance of safety protection devices (such as infrared sensors) with fast rebound response.

The control cabinet is installed inside the workshop, and an external up/down push button is provided outside the door for convenient access by external personnel.
Control System The rigid high-speed door is equipped with a dedicated control system and a specialized control box with power options of 0.75 / 1.5 / 2.2 kW.
The control box includes a main power switch, emergency stop button, manual/automatic mode selector, and manual up/down control buttons. It allows precise control of the door opening height.
End Buffering End buffering technology effectively protects the reducer and operating mechanism from rigid impact damage. Speed can be digitally adjusted according to actual requirements, enabling full-stroke speed variation (fast–slow–stop), reducing wear on components and providing outstanding protection for the reduction mechanism.
Door Structure The door curtain adopts a modular assembly structure, using aluminum alloy panels specifically designed for industrial doors with multi-layer sealing strips.

The aluminum alloy hollow panel has a standard width of 90 mm, thickness of 1.5 mm, and wall thickness of 1.0 mm. The surface is anodized with organic coloring, available in optional colors.

Safety System Infrared Safety Sensors:
Photoelectric sensors are installed on both sides of the door frame. When an obstacle is detected beneath the door, it remains open. If an object passes through during closing, the door reopens to the preset open position and descends again after a delay once the area is clear. External infrared devices can be connected to control fast rebound. Rebound speed and infrared function logic (single activation or continuous hold-open) can be easily adjusted via parameters.

Bottom Safety Edge:
When an obstacle is located within the infrared blind zone during closing, the bottom safety edge triggers an immediate upward rebound upon contact, effectively protecting people and objects and preventing accidents.
Wind Resistance Wind resistance up to 32 m/s, compliant with national standard Grade 12 wind resistance.
Transparent Window High-quality PVC panels with a double-layer structure provide excellent thermal insulation while maintaining high transparency and natural lighting. Clear visibility from both sides enhances aesthetics and overall appearance. (Optional)
Sealing Performance Multiple sealing designs including guide rail sealing, inter-panel sealing, top sealing, and bottom sealing ensure excellent airtightness and effective environmental isolation between indoor and outdoor areas.

Manual Operation In the event of a power failure, the motor brake can be released at any time, allowing the door to be lifted with the assistance of the balancing system. This effectively resolves situations where the door cannot be opened due to power loss or malfunction.
