43mm PU Foamed Panel Impact Resistance Spiral High Speed Door for Industrial Access Rigid Rapid Door

This spiral high speed door uses a rigid aluminum panel filled with polyurethane foam as its door leaf. Each panel is 43 mm thick with 0.7 mm aluminum skin on both faces and a PU foam core in between, forming a stiff, dimensionally stable structure rather than a hanging flexible curtain. The result is a door that holds its shape in wind, resists impact from forklifts and pallets, and still keeps the doorway fast.

The panel body is the single biggest difference from soft PVC rapid doors: a foam-filled aluminum sandwich carries load, keeps a flat face and stays sealed, while a PVC curtain relies on tension, sags between guide points and deforms after contact.

• Aluminum skin — 0.7 mm aluminum alloy on both faces, powder coated in RAL color, providing the wear surface and the structural skin.
• PU foam core — polyurethane foam at about 45 kg/m³ density, bonded to both skins so the panel acts as a sandwich beam.
• Internal ribs — reinforcing ribs between skins keep flatness over the full panel width and prevent drumming.
• Panel geometry — 220 mm wide modules, 40 mm or 43 mm thick, hinged to follow the spiral guide rail.
• Edge seals — EPDM brush seals at the rails and a safety edge at the bottom close the gap between panel and frame.

3. Drawing approval, then 30% T/T deposit and balance before shipment.
