This Spiral High Speed Door is built on a shaftless spiral lifting structure. When the door opens, every 220 mm wide panel rises along a helical guide path and parks in a compact spiral housing above the opening. Unlike a traditional roll-up shutter, where the curtain is wound tightly layer over layer under spring tension, the panels never touch each other. Friction between panels disappears, surface wear drops sharply, and the door keeps a clean, flat exterior throughout a long service life.
The model is configured for large openings such as 7000 mm wide by 8000 mm high (about 56 m²), which suits warehouse gateways, cold-chain antechambers, logistics dispatch lanes, and clean production corridors that demand fast, frequent, and low-maintenance access.
